3. Data Sharing and Peer Feedback
Ripples Journey does not share your personal data with any third parties. When peers are invited to participate in evaluations, they can provide assessment feedback without viewing your scores or seeing the results of their own input. Peer involvement is limited to submitting their responses, ensuring confidentiality throughout the feedback process.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
User data is stored to provide continuous access to your assessments and reports. If an account is inactive for more than two years, we conduct a cleanup and deletion process. If you wish to have your data deleted before that time, you can request it by contacting us through our website.
Upon receiving a data deletion request, we will delete your information within 3-5 business days.
5. User Rights and Control
At Ripples Journey, you have full control over your data:
- Modify Personal Information: You can update your name, email address, and payment details at any time through your account settings.
- Peer Assessments: You can choose to complete assessments with or without peer involvement. If you opt to exclude peer feedback, you will still receive a detailed self-assessment report.
- Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will ensure the prompt removal of your data.

Currently, we do not use any tracking technologies on our platform. However, we do use essential cookies that are necessary for the platform’s core functionality and operation. These cookies ensure the platform runs smoothly and provide you with the best possible experience.
